Tom Stritikus

Tom Stritikus currently serves as the President of Occidental College, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Tom was the President of Fort Lewis College from August 2018 to May 2024. Tom’s experience also includes serving as the Deputy Director of College Ready at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from September 2014 to July 2018 and as the Dean of the College of Education at the University of Washington from January 2010 to August 2014. Tom earned a Ph.D. in Education from the University of California, Berkeley, between January 1996 and January 2000.
