Kyle Richter, PE, PMP, brings over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Reservoir Engineer in Permian EOR at Oxy since June 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing conventional waterflood and CO2 reservoir surveillance, scoping significant projects, and implementing innovative technologies to enhance oil recovery. Previous roles encompass leadership positions such as Facilities Engineering Lead, where Kyle managed an $81MM infrastructure program, and Operations Team Lead, overseeing plant operations and safety metrics. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Texas A&M University. Kyle has additional experience through various internships, contributing to a well-rounded engineering background.
