Nandita Suri

Nandita Suri is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory, tax compliance, and financial management. Currently serving as a Tax Analyst at Ocean Capital since February 2024, Nandita previously held roles as a Staff Accountant at Middleton & Associates, where responsibilities included reviewing financial statements and preparing tax returns. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of M&A Tax at Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, providing advisory services to international and domestic clients across various sectors. Nandita also spent several years at Grant Thornton India LLP, progressing from Senior Consultant to Deputy Manager, overseeing transaction tax and regulatory advisory services. Nandita holds an MBA from the University of New Brunswick, is a Chartered Accountant, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from Delhi University.
