Ashley Navin has extensive work experience in the field of banking and business intelligence. Ashley started their career as a Business Intelligence Intern at OceanFirst Bank in May 2014 and held various roles within the company, including Business Intelligence Analyst, Assistant Vice President/Senior Business Intelligence Developer, and Assistant Vice President/Business Intelligence Developer Supervisor. In August 2020, they were promoted to Vice President/Software Engineer Manager, and in July 2022, they transitioned to their current role as Vice President/Reporting, Application, and Data Development Manager. In addition to their banking experience, Ashley also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Monmouth University from September 2015 to May 2016 and as a Coach at The First Tee from May 2015 to May 2016.
Ashley Navin has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Monmouth University, which they obtained in 2015. In 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering at the same university. Ashley went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Monmouth University between 2021 and 2024. In addition, they received certification as an nCino Certified Administrator from nCino, Inc. in October 2017.
