George Destafney currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Regional President for New Jersey at OceanFirst Bank, a position held since May 2013. Prior to this role, George held the title of Senior Vice President and Team Leader for Commercial Lending at the same institution. George's career in banking began at TD Bank, where George worked as a Commercial Banker from March 1995 until May 2013. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Monmouth University.
