Heather Wiedau has over 25 years of work experience in the banking and human resources industry. Heather currently serves as the Vice President and Senior Human Resources Business Partner for OceanFirst Bank since February 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Sun National Bank for 11 years as a Vice President and HR Business Partner. Heather's experience also includes various roles at Bank of America, where they served as a Staff Recruiter, Sr. HR Administrator, and Commercial Real Estate Administrator. Heather played key roles in talent acquisition, onboarding, and strategic staffing initiatives throughout their career.
Heather Wiedau holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature and Business Administration from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
