William D. Moss is the current director at Ocean First. Prior to this, they were a board member at OceanFirst Financial Corp from January 2020 to December 2021. William was also the chairman, president, and CEO of Two River Bancorp from October 2018 to December 2019. William has been in the banking industry since 1989 and has held various positions at different companies. William was the president and CEO of Two River Community Bank from February 2000 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were the vice president of commercial lending at Shrewsbury State Bank from January 1996 to December 1999. William started their career as a Sr. Regional Vice President at Central Jersey Bank & Trust Co in January 1989.
William D. Moss has a Diploma of Graduation in Bank Management from Stonier Graduate School of Banking and a BA in Management from St Leo University.
