Andrew Cooper has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the VP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Ocean Spray Cranberries since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Agropur Cooperative from April 2013 to December 2020, where they served as the Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A. Andrew was responsible for leading strategic planning for key M&A deals, managing relationships with global acquisition partners, and supporting special projects related to product introduction and go-to-market strategy. Before joining Agropur Cooperative, Andrew worked at Rabobank from November 2005 to March 2013, progressing through multiple roles within the mergers and acquisitions group. Andrew focused on the global food, beverage, and agribusiness sectors, executing buy-side and sell-side transactions and pitching strategic alternatives to clients. Prior to Rabobank, Andrew worked at UBS Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor from August 2003 to May 2005, providing equity and debt advisory, insurance, and financial planning services to high net worth clients.
Andrew Cooper completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College. Andrew then pursued an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2020 to 2021.
