Bob Hess has over 30 years of experience in various roles related to intellectual property and financial management. Bob began their career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young in 1983 and later served as a Financial Manager at Ceco Corporation and Martin Oil Company. In 1993, they became the Managing Director of the Intellectual Property Practice at Intecap, Inc., where they worked until 2002. Since 2003, Bob has been with Ocean Tomo, LLC, where they hold the position of Managing Director in Intellectual Property Damages.
