Jock Pool

Jock Pool is an experienced compliance and governance professional with a strong background in ethics, risk management, and internal controls. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Oceaneering since March 2014, Jock oversees the Global Ethics & Compliance Program and directly reports to the CEO, providing quarterly updates to the Board of Directors. Previous roles include Regional Governance Manager at BG Group, where responsibilities encompassed governance and risk for the Americas & Europe region, and Director of Business Processes at Friedkin Companies, Inc., leading teams in process improvement. Jock's career also includes significant experience at Deloitte as a Senior Manager, focusing on finance transformation and compliance, as well as earlier auditing roles and military service as an Officer in the US Army. Jock holds a degree from the University of San Francisco.
