Mr. Coombs joined Oceanex in 2013 with over 30 years of national and international experience in all areas of Human Resources. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador, he brings a wealth of human resource experience in employee benefits, recruitment, negotiations, compensation and pension design, HR policies and change management in unionized and non-unionized environments. Past positions have included Vice President Human Resources & Corporate Secretary and Director, Human Resources in publically traded and privately held organizations.

Operating Three Vessels Specializing in transportation to Newfoundland. Two vessels operating between Montreal and St. John's provide twice weekly fixed day RO/RO & Container Service. One vessel Operating from Halifax to St. John's, providing weekly fixed day RO/RO & Container service. Interline connections from all Canadian & U.S. origins providing House-to-House service from anywhere in North America to Newfoundland. Equipment fleet includes 20', 40', 48', & 53' containers + 48' flat deck trailers and specialty equipment to handle over dimensional loads.
