Chad A. Dally

Chad A. Dally currently serves as the Greater Washington & Baltimore Market President and Head of Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services at OceanFirst Bank, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dally was the Managing Director/SVP and Market Head of Middle Market, Mid-Corporate, and Government Contracting at TD from August 2019 to March 2024. Dally's extensive experience includes significant roles at Capital One, GEICO, Wachovia, Harbourside Community Bank, Cedar Creek Golf Club & Development, and Bay Street Mortgage Corporation, along with a professional golfing career from March 2001 to July 2002. Dally holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Information Management Systems and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Computer Science, and Economics from Mercer University. Dally also attended Harvard University for additional education in 2011.
