Lana Latella

Lana Latella is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in treasury management and commercial banking. Currently serving as Vice President of Treasury Management Product Development at OceanFirst Bank since 2016, Lana has successfully led the evaluation and development of digital products, enhancing competitive offerings and managing key relationships with open banking partners. Prior experience includes a role as VP Market Development, Business Banking Regional Manager, and District Sales Team Leader at Cape Bank, where engagement with third-party partnerships and leadership of a Business Banking team drove revenue growth. Additional experience includes an AVP position at Wachovia Bank & Securities focused on client acquisition and relationship management, as well as a role as Portfolio Administrator at Merrill Lynch. Lana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Investments, and Business Strategies from Stockton University, an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Atlantic Cape Community College, and further education from Florida State University and The Wharton School.
