Leandro Martins is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as Fleet Manager at OceanPact Serviços Marítimos since December 2020, overseeing the RSV, SDSV, and AHTS vessels. Prior to this, Leandro held various managerial roles at Siem Offshore from 2010 to 2020, including Vessel Manager and Contract Manager, where responsibilities included operations, maintenance, budget management, and client relations for the PSV Fleet in Brazil. Leandro's career began as a Master and Chief Officer at Navegação São Miguel Ltda., and includes experience as a Marine Consultant at Bureau Veritas and in vessel planning with CSAV. Leandro holds a degree in Nautical Sciences from Escola de Formacao de Oficiais da Marinha Mercante.
