Julia Walford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in physiotherapy and operational leadership. Co-founding Oceanrock Consulting in June 2016, Julia has held multiple leadership roles, including COO and Director of Operations. Prior to this, Julia served as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Team Lead at Bupa Cromwell Hospital from January 2008 to August 2014, and held similar positions at BMI The Clementine Churchill Hospital, North West London Physiotherapy Clinic, St Mary's Hospital NHS Trust, Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, and Aurora Rehabilitation Center. Julia's educational background includes a degree from the University of Cape Town and HIGCSE from The International School of South Africa.
