Cally Kamiya Johnson, MPH, serves as the Vice President of Innovation & Improvement at OCHIN, Inc., where leadership includes overseeing a portfolio of teams dedicated to quality and transformation strategies across the organization. With a history of advancing operational excellence and quality improvement, Cally has held various roles at OCHIN, increasing team size and enhancing data-driven initiatives to improve member and clinician experiences. Cally's experience extends to facilitation and training in relational leadership at the Relational Leadership Institute, and prior roles include graduate research assistant positions at Portland State University. Cally holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon.
