Daniel Carroll is currently working at OCHIN, Inc. since May 2016, holding the title of Senior application analyst - Networking/Connectivity and Technical Lead in the NOC department. In this role, Daniel serves as a technical escalation point for the Network Operation Center and is responsible for testing and verifying EPIC build updates in a production environment. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Converges from August 2012 to May 2013 as a Network Support Analyst, where Daniel provided support for the global launch of Xbox One and offered service and support to end-users using remote assistance software.
