OCHIN
Gil Muñoz has worked in the management of Federally Qualified Health Centers for over 25 years. He has helped to develop high-quality primary care services to address the health care needs of vulnerable populations in both Washington and Yamhill Counties.
Under his leadership, Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center in Beaverton, Oregon, has grown from serving 7,000 patients at two sites to serving 43,000 patients at five primary care clinics, six school-based health centers, and four dental clinics. Gil has also overseen the development of Virginia Garcia’s Dental, Pharmacy, and Mental Health programs.
