Rebecca (Becca) Brookes, MPH, serves as the Director of Workforce Development and Transformation Programs at OCHIN, Inc., where responsibilities include driving quality and process improvement initiatives, designing training, and leading internal projects. Rebecca holds a Master’s in Public Health from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
