Jan Brien

Jan Brien is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across multiple healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the System Vice President and Chief Human Resources Operating Officer at Ochsner Health, Jan has previously held significant leadership roles, including System Vice President of HR Strategic Business Partnerships and Vice President of HR Strategic Business Partnerships at Ochsner Health. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System and Senior VP and Chief Human Resources Officer at East Jefferson General Hospital. Jan's foundational roles in human resources at Ochsner Health System encompassed Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Director of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Talent Management.
