Taylor Klavans

Taylor Klavans currently serves as the Director of Value-Based Performance Management at Ochsner Health, a position held since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Organizational Change Manager and various leadership positions in operations and project management at Northwell Health from April 2019 to November 2021 and Ochsner Health System from September 2016 to April 2019. Taylor has also worked at EY as a Senior Healthcare Performance Improvement Consultant and at Compliance Partners US as Operations Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
