John Wirtz

John Wirtz has over eight years of work experience in software engineering and quality assurance. John currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at Ocient since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Lead QA Engineer, Senior QA Engineer, QA Test Engineer, and Associate QA Test Engineer at IBM Cloud Object Storage from 2013 to 2021. In 2012, they worked as a Test Engineer at Leapfrog Online, where they worked on test automation for sales sites, developed performance test suites, and developed a security solution for applications.

John Wirtz received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Software Engineering Concentration from DePaul University between 2011 and 2013.
