Thomas Shaw

Thomas Shaw is an accomplished marketing and technology executive with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer at OCMBC, INC. and LoanStream Mortgage, Shaw also holds a board member position at Multimodal AI, focusing on responsible AI application in financial services. As Chairman and Managing Director of elevenX Marketing, Shaw drives business development and marketing strategy using data-driven approaches and marketing automation. Shaw has previously held senior leadership roles at Carrington Mortgage Services, Guidance Residential Lending, H&R Block, and New Century Mortgage, while contributing to academic programs as a member of the Board of Advisors for the University of California. Shaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and additional education from UCLA.
