Steve Pryde

Steve Pryde has been working in the software engineering industry since 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Software Engineer at Quantum, where they were responsible for developing automated tests and test harnesses written in object-oriented Perl. Steve also performed code reviews, made design decisions, and worked closely with C developers. In 2016, they moved to Violin Memory as a Software Test Automation Engineer, where they served as a QA Technical Lead and oversaw a remote team. Steve also developed a new automated test framework in Python 3 from the ground up and developed a new test results database with a web frontend in Django. In 2017, they joined Sine | Visitor & contractor software as a Software Test Automation Engineer. In 2021, they moved to OCR Labs as a Senior Software Engineer.

Steve Pryde attended Reynella East High School from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Yr12 degree. Steve's field of study included Mathematics 1 & 2, Physics, and Information Technology.
