Federico Poy is an experienced Scrum Master and Delivery Manager with a strong background in managing geo-distributed teams and delivering agile solutions across various industries. Currently leading Scrum teams at OCTA and Prezzta, Federico has held significant roles at Toolbox and VU Inc., overseeing project delivery and team management for streaming applications and authentication systems. With previous experience at Tata Consultancy Services, Prisma Medios de Pago S.A., Banco Hipotecario, and Deutsche Bank, Federico has successfully managed multiple IT project portfolios, transitioning teams to Agile methodologies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
