Pamela Lim

Pamela Lim currently serves as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for the APAC region at Octagon since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiting Sourcer at Meta from June 2021 to December 2022, and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at IPG DXTRA between January 2020 and May 2021. Pamela has also held positions at Publicis Groupe as a Senior HR Executive and at Kantar as both a Regional Learning & Leadership Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Advisor for the APAC, where responsibilities included recruitment management and program implementation. Earlier career experience includes HR Executive roles at Kantar Millward Brown, analytics and training coordination, and an internship at Jetstar Asia Airways focused on recruitment modeling and process improvement. Pamela earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2014.
