Duncan Beggs

Duncan Beggs is an experienced Data Engineer with a focus on building data platforms and strategies. Currently serving as the first data engineer at Octaura since August 2023, Duncan is leading the development of Loan and CLO trading software for institutional banks. Prior to Octaura, Duncan spent nearly five years at Stash, where the mission was to simplify investing through hand-picked offerings on the platform. Duncan's career began with a role as a Software Engineering Intern at Heartland Payment Systems, followed by a position as a Senior Consultant at Hitachi Consulting, where Duncan worked on machine learning applications and client IT solutions. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
