Amy Hume

Amy Hume has extensive experience in community management and customer relations, currently serving as Community Management Deputy Team Leader and Community Management Squad Captain at Octopus Energy since February 2021, while also holding the position of Digital Operations Energy Specialist. Prior to Octopus Energy, Amy Hume worked at Spark Energy UK from March 2014 to December 2020, where responsibilities included roles in the Customer Relations Team and as an Account Manager.
