Armand de la Touanne is a proficient quantitative risk analyst currently employed at Octopus Energy since March 2020, where responsibilities include quantitative analysis related to trading risks, hedge strategy, and portfolio management, alongside the development of forecasting models utilizing Python and data science techniques. Previous roles at Octopus Energy encompass pricing and sourcing analysis, focusing on B2B, retail, and structured product pricing and hedging. Prior to this, Armand co-founded Leafee, a French startup that integrates environmental awareness with personal finance management, achieving recognition at the MKB FinTechlab Hackathon.
