Nikolas Secrett

Nikolas Secrett is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Business Credit Team Leader at Octopus Energy since March 2020. In this role, Nikolas oversees the Business Disconnection process, Revenue Protection, and manages relationships with industry partners while leading a team to enhance the company’s brand image and reduce debt. Prior to this, Nikolas gained extensive experience as a Credit Specialist and Energy Specialist, focusing on debt collection and billing processes. Earlier career experiences include various roles in the hospitality industry and a background in project management and food production, complemented by a degree in Business (Team Entrepreneurship) from the University of the West of England.
