Laura Puentes Gantiva is currently the Head of Legal at Octopus Legacy. Previously, she worked as a Senior In-House Legal Counsel at Scotiabank Colpatria and as an Asociada at Brigard & Urrutia. She also completed an MSc in Law and Finance at the University of Oxford and holds a Certificate in Trusts and Estates from STEP. Laura's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and additional specialized studies in financial law, competition law, and antitrust law.
