Louis Liu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Louis started their career in 2001 as a Consultant at HP, where they worked for five years. In 2008, they joined Aspire China as an Architect and stayed with the company until 2013. During this time, they gained valuable experience in architecture and design. In 2013, Louis moved to China Mobile, where they served as a Senior Project Manager for two years. In 2015, they became the CTO of Beijing Keyin Tech Co., where they worked for three years. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director at Octopus Network, which they assumed in 2019.
Louis Liu began their education at Beijing Shida Middle School from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a high school diploma. Afterwards, they attended Nanjing University from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. Louis then pursued further education at Tsinghua University from 1996 to 1999, obtaining a Master's degree in Engineering Physics.
