Iain Duke-Richardet

Iain Duke-Richardet currently serves as the Head of Compliance at Octus and has held an advisory role at FUTURE HEALTH since 2022. Previously, Iain held various senior compliance positions, including Vice President of Compliance Strategy at Hearsay Systems and Principal Director at Accenture. Iain's extensive experience in compliance also includes directorial roles at RBC Capital Markets and Barclays Capital, as well as a Vice-President position at Lehman Brothers. Iain's career began in legal practice as a consultant at Goldman Sachs and a law clerk at Sidley Austin, with early experience as a legal assistant at Shearman & Sterling LLP in Paris. Iain holds an LLM from The George Washington University Law School, a LPC from The College of Law (York), and an LLB in Law & European Law from the University of Leeds, along with coursework at the University of Strasbourg.
