Menka Jagwani, known as MJ, is a seasoned professional in project and service delivery management with extensive experience in customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Project and Service Delivery Manager at OculusIT since June 2021, MJ previously held multiple roles at Unifyed from June 2013 to June 2021, including AVP of Customer Success and Senior Manager of Escalations and Customer Success. In these positions, MJ focused on escalation management, client relationship building, product adoption, and account growth.
