Emir Alpay, completed his undergraduate degree from University of Marmara, Business Administration in International Business and Marketing (1996) and his masters degree from University of North London, International Business (1997).
He started his career at Koçbank in 1999 and continued at Yapı Kredi Bank respectively as Head of Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales VP and FX and Derivatives Trading EVP. In 2013 he took the position of CEO at Yapı Kredi Asset Management. Mr. Alpay joined Odeabank as Assistant General Manager in charge of Treasury, Capital Markets and Financial Institutions in September 2019.
