Trond Grytten serves as the EVP of Design & Engineering at Odfjell Oceanwind since March 2025, following a role as CTO at Archer Wind from July 2024 to March 2025. Prior to that, Trond held dual positions as CTO and VP of Engineering at Moreld Ocean Wind from January 2022 to July 2024 and served on the Board of Directors at Ocergy from February 2021 to May 2022. Between January 2019 and January 2022, Trond was the Vice President of Front End & Green Solutions at Moreld Apply, leading the unit focused on front end studies and green solutions. Trond Grytten earned a Master of Science in Offshore Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 1999 and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marine from the same institution in 1995.
