Stephen Ringen has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Stephen began their career as a Shop Assistant at Hayward Baker in 2008, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they interned as a Field Engineer at the same company. Stephen then joined Magnus Pacific, LLC in 2012 as an Assistant Project Manager until 2016. In 2016, Stephen worked as a Project Coordinator at Austin Bridge & Road for a year before joining Great Lakes Environmental & Infrastructure as a Project Manager from 2016 to 2019. Stephen is currently working as a Project Manager at Odin since 2019.
Stephen Ringen earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they received several certifications. Stephen obtained an Airmen Certification - Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in March 2019. Mr. Ringen also holds certifications in Firefighter 2 and Hazmat Operational level, which they obtained from ProBoard IAFSO in December 2010 and June 2010, respectively. Stephen obtained an Engineer in Training certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in February 2013.
