Mitch Delongchamp

Mitch Delongchamp currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at CanadaODL, Inc. since March 2025. Previously, Mitch held the position of Human Resources Regional Director at Dawn Food Products from July 2015 to December 2024, where responsibilities included total rewards strategies and workforce planning. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Dawn Food Products and HR Manager at National Concrete Accessories, focusing on employee learning and development and strategic planning. Additionally, Mitch contributed to academic development as a part-time instructor at George Brown College from September 1997 to October 2014 and worked in learning and development at Arbor Memorial Services. Mitch holds a Master's degree in Adult Learning & Technology from Royal Roads University, earned between January 2008 and January 2010.
