Brent Poirier is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment management. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Odlum Brown Limited since May 2013, Brent previously held similar roles at Scotia Asset Management L.P. from 2007 to 2013 and was the Director of Institutional Sales for the Western Canada Region at Scotia Cassels from 2004 to 2006. Prior to these positions, Brent worked as a Senior Consultant at RBC Global Services (2002-2004) and progressed to Branch Manager at Altamira (1995-2002). Early career experience includes working as an Investment Analyst at Poonpipat Finance and Securities PLC from 1993 to 1994. Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trent University and a Graduate Diploma in Asia Pacific Management from Capilano University.
