Prior to their advertising career, Alison worked at Juut Salonspa as a Director of Front Line Staffing and Education from May 2006 to April 2007, and as an Operations Specialist from September 2003 to May 2006.

Alison Broback holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas. Alison also obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Interactive Advertising and Digital Media from the Laredo Group in February 2014.
