Joe Baddeley has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Joe is currently serving as the Principal Engineer at Odqa Renewable Energy Technologies, where they lead projects in the engineering team to develop renewable energy technologies. Prior to this, Joe worked at Veolia Nuclear Solutions as the Head of Remote Handling Operations and Senior Mechatronics Engineer from 2018 to 2022. Joe also worked at Oxford Technologies Ltd as a Mechanical Engineer from 2015 to 2017, at Blacktrace Holdings Ltd as a Mechanical Engineer from 2014 to 2015, and at Dolomite Microfluidics as a Mechanical Engineer from 2009 to 2014.
Joe Baddeley attended the University of Cambridge from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Engineering. In October 2016, they obtained the certification of CEng MIMechE from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
