Chris Noonan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Transport Team Leader at Oxford High School GDST since March 2023. Previously, Chris held the position of Transport Manager (Compliance & Training) at Oxford Direct Services from March 2017 and continues to serve as Transport Manager. ODS is like a social enterprise, wholly-owned by Oxford City Council. We serve the community’s needs by providing services on behalf of the Council to over 160,000 residents while also supplying services to organisations and businesses in the Oxfordshire area and beyond.
