Ian Henwood has extensive experience in operational management, currently serving in dual roles as Operational Support Manager and Building Operations Manager at ODS since February 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing responsive repairs, voids, gas and electrical services, kitchen and bathroom replacements, disabled adaptations, planned works, and pest control. Ian has also held the position of Change Manager, where leadership of change programs ensured service delivery standards were upheld during transitions. Additionally, Ian has been involved with Oxford City Council since July 1985, working as Responsive Repairs and Voids Manager, and Responsive Repairs Manager.
