Ido has a strong background in Avionics Systems Engineering and has successfully managed large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams. Molad has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from the University of Haifa. Prior to their career in the private sector, Ido served as an Officer in the Israeli Navy, commanding an operational naval electronics unit.
