Daniel McMasters

Daniel McMasters has a work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Daniel started as a Principal Scientist in Structural Chemistry at Merck & Co., Inc. in 2000 and worked there until 2016. Following that, they joined Vertex Pharmaceuticals as a Director in Modeling & Informatics. In 2021, they became the VP of Chemical Data Science at Odyssey Therapeutics.

Daniel McMasters has a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Stanford University (1987-1991). Daniel then pursued an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry at the University of Chicago (1991-1993), followed by a D.Phil. in Physical Chemistry at the University of Basel (1994-1997).
