Kelly Bourdon

Kelly Bourdon is an experienced clinical development operations leader with a strong background in managing clinical operations within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Clinical Development Operations at Odyssey Therapeutics since May 2024, Kelly previously held the position of Vice President and Head of Clinical Operations at Axial Therapeutics, Inc. Kelly's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Clinical Operations and Senior Clinical Trial Manager at Scipher Medicine, and Clinical Trial Manager II at Sarepta Therapeutics. Earlier career experience includes positions at AbbVie, Planet Pharma, Quintiles, and Covance, where Kelly developed skills in project leadership, study coordination, and clinical documentation.
