Robert Pawley serves as the Vice President and Operating Partner at OEB Breakfast Co. since November 2018, bringing extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Prior roles include Director of Operations for Western Canada at CRAFT Beer Market from October 2017 to October 2018, and Regional Operations Director & Beverage Director at Red Robin from June 2007 to October 2017. Robert also held the position of Director of Operations at Amadeus Viennese Restaurant and Bier Stube from January 2005 to January 2007, overseeing a multi-unit dining group. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Movenpick Marche Restaurants from January 1995 to January 2005, managing an open market restaurant and bakery. Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Guelph and a Diploma with Merit from WSET, completing WSET 2 and 3 Advanced from January 2013 to December 2014.
