Barry Scheffelmair has over 25 years of experience in technical support and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst II at Oakville Enterprises since July 2015, Barry provides 1st and 2nd level technical support and is a Service-Now Administrator. Previously, as a Senior Technical Analyst at The Coca-Cola Company from 1999 to 2014, Barry led voice services for Canadian business units, managing order placements and voice circuit inventory. Earlier roles included Telecommunications Technician at Telcorps, Technician at Destinet, and Technician at Ticketmaster, where responsibilities encompassed installation, maintenance of phone systems, desktop support, and remote site assistance. Barry holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
