Jane Allen is an accomplished leader in the energy sector with extensive experience in governance and strategy. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at Dillon Consulting Limited and a member of the Board of Trustees at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, Jane has held significant positions in various organizations, including OEC and Coastal Cloud. With a strong background in consulting at Deloitte Canada, Jane was notably the first Chief Diversity Officer and received multiple awards for diversity initiatives. Jane's earlier career includes leading roles in policy development at the Ontario Ministry of Energy and the Ontario Women's Directorate, alongside academic contributions as Assistant Dean at the Rotman School of Management. Jane holds multiple degrees from McMaster University and has pursued additional education in corporate governance and leadership development.
