Dylan Richardson is an accomplished product management professional currently serving as Manager of Product Management at OEC since January 2024. Previously, Dylan held multiple roles at Voices from December 2018 to January 2024, including Senior Manager of Product Development and Team Lead. Responsibilities included managing a product portfolio and collaborating with an agile cross-functional team to drive products from ideation to launch while prioritizing customer needs. Prior to Voices, Dylan was a People & Program Specialist at CARFAX Canada from November 2015 to December 2018, leading the implementation of various SaaS solutions and coordinating cross-functional feedback. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Nipissing University and advanced diplomas in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Fanshawe College.

Playing our part right from the start Back in 2000, OEMs were facing a huge hurdle selling parts into dealerships, mechanical shops, and collision shops. Every transaction was handled manually, either by phone or fax, which left the market desperate for a faster, more efficient way to do business. Over the years, we continued to develop and acquire key solutions to better manage every aspect of maintenance and repair, including non-OE aftermarket parts and solutions for repairers. Today, OEC is how everyone in the vehicle parts and repair lifecycle gets their job done more easily. Dealers and suppliers, repairers, manufacturers, insurers, and fleets all use our technology and data services to connect with each other and get vehicles back on the road safely.
